Soft Tissue Services
Trigger Point Dry Needling

Very thin, acupuncture sized needle is inserted into tender/painful trigger point in muscle in order to reset chemical imbalances in muscle, allowing muscle to return to relaxed, resting state. This significantly improves mobility of muscle and normalizes range of motion in surrounding joints, helps normalize posture, and reduces injury risk.
Cupping (Myofascial Decompression)

Suction cups are applied to areas of the body in which muscles and the surrounding connective tissue (fascia) have become restricted/tight due to poor posture, previous injury, inadequate exercise recovery, poor nutrition, and a variety of other reasons. The negative pressure increases blood flow to the area, promoting faster healing and recovery, and helps decompress the tight fascia, allowing the underlying muscle to move more freely. This in turn normalizes joint range of motion, improves posture, and decreases injury risk.
Physical Therapy Massage

Massage performed for specific purpose of increasing mobility of soft tissue that has become restricted over time due to a number of factors (poor posture, lack of proper exercise recovery, injury, etc. May include a variety of soft tissue mobilization techniques such as deep pressure massage, cross friction massage, active release, sustained pressure release, Tim-Tam power massage,
Rapid Reboot

Pneumatic compression boots extending from toes to thighs drastically help improve blood flow to your lower extremities and flushes out lactic acid from muscles. This can significantly decrease amount of soreness after intense workout, help get legs warmed up prior to workouts, and improve overall circulation in lower extremities.,
Individual Golf Swing Analysis/Training Services
Titleist Performance Institute's Body-Swing Connection Assessment
Includes TPI's Golf Fit-ness Handicap Screen + V1's 2D Swing Characteristics Analysis

(Research has proven: decreased golf fitness handicap >> decreased golf handicap.)

The purpose of this screen is to examine your ability to perform 17 basic functional movements that have been statistically proven to correlate
to a variety of swing characteristics and swing faults and give you a "golf fitness handicap" score to serve as an objective measure for tracking your progress.

By improving your ability to perform these movements, improving your quality of movement, and improving your understanding of how these movements affect the golf swing, you will be able to improve your golf game and significantly reduce your risk of injury.

A summary is generated by the TPI app, which includes your Golf Fitness Handicap score and basic explanations of how your limitations may affect your swing.

The TPI Golf Fitness Handicap screen results summary will be emailed to you immediately. Dr. Kelley will discuss which swing characteristics you will likely exhibit based on your current functional abilities/limitations.
She will then take two videos (one face on and one down the line) and analyze your swing in slow motion using reference lines to identify your swing characteristics from each view.
She will review and discuss with you the findings, if/how you have developed compensatory movements to "correct" and/or avoid certain swing characteristics, and explain the likely causes and future effects of swinging this way.

K-Vest 3D Biofeedback Swing Sequence Practice

T
Provides client with efficiency summary (transition sequence, peak speed sequence, and peak speed velocities), swing summary (numerical values of client’s body positions at each stage of swing as compared to pro golfers with easy to grasp explanations of any inaccuracies) , and performance graphs.

Clients may utilize the KVest's basic 3D motion capture feature to practice improving their swing sequence and body positions independently.
K-Vest In-Depth Swing Evaluation

(10 total swings: 5 with each club (driver and 6-iron)

Provides significant amount of information [speed creation and consistency, inefficient swing characteristics (s-posture, c-posture, reverse spine, backswing/downswing spin, flat shoulders), numerical averages and consistency values for amount of bend, side-bend, and rotation of the pelvis and upper body throughout different stages of swing, and swing tempo

** Dr. Kelley will analyze results and send you an email within 3-5 days with your evaluation results and detailed explanation of findings.
Golf Performance Therapy
Part 1 and 2 of Initial Evaluation may be performed in reverse order if client is experiencing pain.
** While some general hypotheses are able to be made and may be shared with you during or after the evaluation, the majority of the data generated is for reference only, so in order to come to an accurate conclusion and provide you with your Body-Swing Connection diagnosis and treatment plan, Dr. Kelley must further analyze all performance graphs, numerical data, 3D animations, and 2D videos and take into consideration the individual's physical impairments and unique swing style. For this reason, the results will not be discussed in full detail until follow-up visit. Dr. Kelley will also email her analysis findings to you once complete (usually within 2-5 days).
